    What a beautiful property! We enjoyed the spa, walking on the grounds, the on-site restaurants, and the lake. The staff was so accommodating and we enjoyed our 3 day stay.

    I purchased for my daughter’s wedding night. They could not have been more accommodating. Allowing to check in early and get the key prior to the wedding and had a beautiful complementary set up upon their arrival. As always, the Ritz Carlton is 2nd to none!

    Wonderful Quick Getaway

    This was a wonderful quick anniversary getaway. The entire staff at the Ritz made it so special. We did a couples massage at the spa and it was lovely and they also had a special anniversary gift for us. Once we got back from the spa the surprises kept coming, a bottle of champagne was sent to our room. This hotel really knows how to make a special occasion feel even more special.

    The restaurant were nice but the food wasn’t amazing as I thought but it was ok. The staff was nice but my wife had an issue with the lady in the coffee shop where the drink that my wife ordered was way too sweet and my wife politely and nicely asked if she can make another one for her and she just took it from my wife’s hand threw it out and made the other drink without acknowledging or apologizing or anything.

    Beautiful property with great resort amenities Food sadly is below average. Service in some sections of the property was great. Room was clean, balconies have no lights so outside seating in the evening from room is very limited. Pools and resort activities are well planned and excellent.

    I liked how it felt like you were at a lake house. I liked the smores & restaurant options. I did not like the service (or lack of) getting my bags to my room nor did I like the service we received at the Italian restaurant.

    It was cold in the room and we had difficulty with the thermostat. we had a very long walk from the lobby to our room and were told that there was nothing else available. Lesson learned request something closer in the future golf cart issues the one night we went to Gaby's for dinner. the staff handled the issues with grace and efficency.
