"Beautiful, exceptionally clean home. As another review mentioned, the pictures do not do it justice. If you're looking for a place to enjoy God's beautiful creation this is it. Beautiful sandy beach right on Lake Superior. Enjoyed walking the beach and seeing the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Jay is a great host and very helpful. Lots of special extras! You will not be disappointed!"

"I visited for work. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Right on the water, beautiful location. The bedding could have been warmer but in the summer it would be fine. Maybe I’ll go back and spend more time there. "

"The best of the forest and the water! Right along the shore of Lake Superior and tucked in the sounds of the wild, it’s such a convenient location with a beautiful view. The Scandinavian atmosphere and treatment is most evident, we felt truly like guests. Our Labrador had a most wonderful stay as well. We are grateful for the opportunity to bring him along. We loved it all!"

Things like a pasta dinner, lots of dry firewood, beach chairs, yooperlite flashlights and much more. We absolutely love this place and we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. "Our Spring Break trip was great. Heidi was great at communicating, had Swedish crepes in the fridge when we arrived and alerted us of a good night to see the Northern Lights. We hiked the Porkies on three of our days and did road trips to Houghton and Calumet the other two days. "
