Atrium Hotel Heathrow

"The hotel is one stop on the tube from Heathrow and the journey is free if you tap in and out with a debit card. The planes were visible from my room but there was no noise at all. It is quite difficult to cross the road from the tube to the hotel with a suitcase but that is the only down side. My flight arrived quite late at night but there were still 2 receptionists at check in. I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that but I would choose this hotel again if travelling to or from Heathrow Airport."

"The hotel was better than I had expected, for such a large property. The room was lovely, had a scandi vibe and quiet, due to the internal door separating the bedroom from the hallway. Facilities in the room were great too. Steamer, iron/ironing board etc. Breakfast was good, but the area was chaotic. It was so big and packed that the noise was quite overwhelming - I’d maybe go before 0800 for business and after 0930 for leisure, to avoid the chaos."

"This was a huge hotel in London. It is very conveniently located close to Russell Station and the British Museum. Our room was cute and clean. Staff was very helpful and spoke 6 different languages. Breakfast services offered a good variety of food."

"beds and pillows were comfy, the rooms are quite dark, no windows, makes hard for staff to clean, a little bit dirty, showers, grout in the tile, tiles were loose etc... over, ok.. but needs maintenance for the floors... tiling asap..."

"I am writing to share that my recent stay at The Royal Garden Hotel was exceptional. Upon my arrival, the staff immediately assisted me with my luggage and accommodated my early arrival by holding my bags until check-in. Throughout my stay, every team member was friendly and attentive. My room was clean and well-appointed. Additionally, I dined at both hotel restaurants, and the food was delicious. The piano bar was also wonderful, with a warm and welcoming staff. I will definitely return to the Royal Garden Hotel for another stay soon. Thank you for providing such outstanding service."
