The rooms are tired, without basics like a couple of champagne glasses or a wine knife, We had electrical items that didn’t work. $38 for a buffet breakfast which was really basic and fairly tasteless and you could not order a proper coffee with breakfast.. "Quiet area, though resort rooms were a bit dated. Although it didnt matter to me, there was no daily housekeeping to make up the room. I checked in on a Sunday at midday and the reception was closed, which wasnt a great start. A quick phone call gave me access to my key (in a lockbox) When i went to offically check-in on Monday morning, the receptionist was 30 mins late to work which made me late for some.plans i had up in thr rainforest. "The pool and rooms are super clean and people very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated but really didn’t matter to us. Location walkable to everything! They have washers and dryers available for guests at a reasonable cost which made our trip even better/easier! Would stay again. "
