"we arrived. The hotel was busy, but check in was a breeze. They have many dining options. The first night we did not eat at a restaurant because we had returned late from a desert safari. We did however get a drink at the Arabian nights lounge which was very nice. All of the staff at the lounge were amazing. We left the lounge around 1am, and were hungry so we decided to order room service. The gentlemen who brought our food up was truly amazing, unfortunately I did not get his name. It happened to be my birthday, he brought our food along with a chocolate cake and sang happy birthday to me, it was so nice! The second night we had an absolutely amazing dinner at Nobu, the food and staff there was also amazing. The next morning we decided to walk to the beach to layout. We were greeted by Padam at Palm beach. He escorted us to a perfect spot that had loungers and an umbrella. Padam was absolutely amazing, Not once did we have to look for him, it felt as if he was reading our minds, every time we wanted something he appeared out of no where and took our order, he was probably the most attentive server we have ever had. Overall our stay at the Atlantis was truly amazing. We cannot wait to return."

"Sat in the lobby as I write this review. Booked this hotel for my family and my wedding anniversary. Was a wonderful stay and experience. The cleaning staff are great. The valet service is top and not to mention the facilities. The beds are big and spacious lovely balcony and views. The amenities such as the shower gels are top stuff. Took me by surprise as I’ve stayed on many hotels on the palm. They catered to my every need and were flexible. No experience goes without hiccups or one or two problems. But how the staff and management handled it was top stuff. The only thing I can be a little critical on is the fact that there was a lot of children around even in the adult only sections of the hotel and beach. "

"The hotel was great, the staff were amazing and made you feel welcome. The pool staff were great and good with kids, breakfast was good and the view of the burj khalifa from our 2 bedroom apartment was good on the last night we realised we could actually see the burj al Arab right in the distance so that was a good view of both burjs. 5* hotel :)"

"I like the hotel Fast check in the room very clean ocean view the stuff friendly closer to many of market and restaurants ( fast food and cafes or classic restaurant) Great area for walk destination JBR and transportation the taxi everywhere round the hotel all the time very easy to grab taxi. "

"Excellent Location, walking distance to Metro, Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa, also the hotel provides daily return transfer to Dubai Mall. The staff at the Taj Club very welcoming and its a generally exceptionally excellent quality service. "
