Food was very good and breakfast was good value and very nice, If anything, the bedrooms were a little on the small side and rooms need a bit of freshening up. All in All we were very happy with our stay and would certainly go again,"

"The indoor pool was quiet and lovely for a family. Checkin was smooth with activity packs for the children. Breakfast was delicious with good options. Our kids ate free for all meals. Overall will come back again."

"The hotel is a beautiful listed building but with all up to date facilities, exceptionally clean and furnished beautifully with lovely grounds and the food was superb we will be staying again! "

"Room nice size & clean. But from about 6am, we could hear bassy music presuming from the gym next door. Outside of property was a mess, the bin was over flowing & cigerette buts all over. Not a welcoming sight. The disabled spot was taken by someone without/not displaying blue badge"

One star lost for Eco -friendly because no container for recycling, tiny plastic containers for shampoo and my hand towel was unnecessarily replaced (although i appreciate the good intentions). I had a lovely room with antique-type decorations. "
