"We stayed here for the weekend before we did the Great Ocean Road Marathon and everything was perfect and beyond. The apartment had everything we needed from everything to cook a nice meal to amenities that we all enjoyed. It was clean and spacious, the balcony had a beautiful view and it was in the best location! Most importantly our host was the best host we have ever had. "The owner is super nice and helpful. We didn't not receive his checkin email due to email lock, but he was kind enough to meet us after hours to open unit and give a full tour. The unit was clean and soooo cozy and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry. We cooked full meals with ease. The large cozy living room was a nice to enjoy after a day of exploring. This is a super place to stay along the Great Ocean Road. We definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Firstly great location! But didn't live up to expectations for price. The flyscreen in the bathroom, which was directly over the sink and in your face, was chocked full of dust. The carpet in both bedrooms were heavily stained, like a spotted quoll. The master bedroom door would hit the bedframe making it awkward going around the bed due to size of room. The knifes and utensils in seconded draw where poorly cleaned, there were numerous stains and food bits on most knifes. No toilet paper but...

"We had a wonderful time at this property in Separation Creek - the beach was literally 2 minutes from the front door and just stunning. The accommodation itself was cosy and we enjoyed the elemental experiences of the spa, steam shower and open fire, especially after a breath-taking autumn swim in the surf! Great to be able to bring our fur baby with as well. Many thanks to the hosts for a lovely time away."

"Beautiful location, pool, beach so close. Great bathroom, nice view. Lots of good utensils in the kitchen, however two main concens: 1. Checkin complicated, as had to go to a storage unit for key pickup, which also needed access codes. Also could have used 2 sets of keys, but not supplied. 2. Fridge very small for a week long stay. On the whole would have given 5 stars, but our two concerns brought it down a bit. Thank you."

"The indoor pool was great. Apartment was nice and clean however in need of some maintenance with a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Terrible communication with booking as it’s an offshore call centre and had multiple issues as unable to receive calls back when promised and got stuffed around with key collection from them. Luckily office in Anglesea was still open even though we arrived just after 5pm and staff were lovely, but would be better to have a direct number to their office. Beds were so...
