"Great location in the heart of NYC. The staff was exceptional and always helpful. Chantelle was the best at check in and she deserves a raise! Room was comfortable and everything we needed during our stay. Parts of the room showed some wear (particularly the bathroom door) but everything was clean and worked properly. The cafe/bar in the lobby was convenient for breakfast or an evening beverage. The only down side was that the elevators were very small and almost always busy. Sometimes it took multiple tries to get an elevator (up or down). Staying on the 11th floor, that was important."

"Upon arrival we attempted to check in via the self service kiosk. Our room was not ready at 7:30pm, so we went to the service desk. The gentleman who assisted us was not super friendly, just seemed irritated with having to be at work. The elevator situation is horrible, there are three elevators with one operating at any time. We have to stand in a line to take it. Once in our room, it was a beautiful view. The room was okay, not the best cleaning. Candy on the floor and some chips in the paint on most furnishings. The temperature was very nice however. The bathroom lightbulb did not work. It’s a decent place however for the price not so much!"
