"Very welcoming check-in by a Canadian woman from Toronto. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. I left too early to try the breakfast. "

"I think we should have picked a larger room but ours was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good. We went to another hotel for cocktails because they have a daily 2 for 1 special. Holiday Inn did not. Also we ate dinner there and we were both happy with our food."

"Stayed a few nights before a very early flight. Easy to get to the hotel from Hatton Cross tube station, and that is free to get to from other Terminals. It's a big hotel so busy at times. Hallways are showing their age, but the rooms have been reasonably recently renovated so nice. Could hear people in the hallway which wasn't ideal. Staff were friendly if a little tired (was a busy time). Breakfast was okay but very busy."
