"Hotel and staff were very good, during a period of extremely hot weather. Particular mention to Dennis who was charming through out or stay. Breakfast was very good. Parking is plentiful and free"

"Perfect property for 2 people in a very peaceful location. It is an annexe to the owners property and they allow full access to their beautiful large garden. It is very well equipped if you wish to self cater. The village has no amenities so you will have to drive to eat out etc. Worth noting if you're not keen on reversing that the roads within the immediate vicinity are single track and you will meet agricultural traffic. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the bathroom not being enclosed; it is separated from the bedroom by a partial height wall with no door. Only 10-15 minutes from Ledbury and similar distance to Eastnor Castle which we enjoyed"

"Probably one of my favorite UK stays. I booked the morning of as a bit of a spur of the moment decision. The price was absolutely fantastic, the room that I got could not be beat. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. Jess the supervisor was an absolute gem. The food is great, if I’m ever in the area again I will absolutely be staying here. Can’t recommend it enough!"

"Fantastic hotel in town centre at the base of Malvern Hills. We were made very welcome on arrival on checking in and at breakfast. 5 * breakfast before ascending the nearby Malvern Hills. Highly recommended and staff were very informative. We hope to be returning when back in the UK. Thanks to all staff."

"Easy check in at the bar. A busy pub, very popular at meal times, but not noisy. Rooms are across the car park from the pub, lovely spacious room and a great view across the valley including Three Counties Showground, 4 minutes drive away where I was visiting. Comfortable and clean rooms and a great sized shower, no squished in the corner type! Plenty of leaflets and local info provided. Free wi-fi was a bit hit & miss when the pub was busy, but not a problem. As a lone female traveller I felt safe and well looked after, friendly staff, welcoming locals and good pub grub! I'd definitely stay again."

"We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location."
