"There was a strong cleaning solution odor when we checked in, we opened all the windows and reported it the front desk. They were going to check it while we were out. The hotel is in close proximity to Bar Harbor and restaurants, it is not on the shuttle route. We walked everywhere and it is a beautiful place."

"Our room was a King room next to the office. It was very clean, the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the walk from our hotel to downtown. If you are planning on walking from the hotel to the harbor and have any mobility issues, please note it is a bit of walk and should plan accordingly. The snacks, water and fresh coffee in the office was very convenient. Not to mention the coffee was really good. Even though there was not a "breakfast", there was fruit, oatmeal and snack bars available at all times along with the water and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend."
