"Great hotel with facilities for either exercising and lots of enclosed land for dogs to run around . Rooms are large, spacious and very clean with ample storage and fridge. Also in very good/ new condition. It was also nice to see that they allocated a nice room that was pet friendly. The bar area which allows your dogs to eat with you is also very comfy and welcoming.Great service and hearty breakfast. Would definately stay again."

"We had a lovely stay. The hotel is modern, clean and well presented, and the restaurant, bar and breakfast teams were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming and a real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. Despite booking a luxury double room, we were initially allocated an accessible room. When we queried this and showed our booking confirmation, which clearly confirmed the room we had reserved, both reception staff and the manager suggested the...

"I’ve stayed here multiple times. This stay might be my favorite. The staff is incredible. Management deserves accolades!"

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice pub next door, safe to go in when you don’t know the area"

"Great hotel, lovely food, friendly staff and a comfy bed."

"Great staff, friendly and very well informed Room was great, restaurant was excellent, bar was fantastic."

"Nice clean room. Needs maintenance. Tables and chairs at the restaurant are all wobbly "

The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. On my first morning, I was also disappointed with the breakfast experience. Some food items...

"Nice"

"Booked room with a sofa but room had third bed in so there was no sofa. Could hear other guests children late at night and very early in morning so rooms are not sound proofed. No heating in bathroom so cold and not even winter yet. Hotel is very convenient to M6 and staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh."

"Lovely old building with original 17th century fireplace. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Rooms were clean although basic."
