"Unbelievably cheap stay. Lovely en suite room with sea view. Staff very friendly and helpful. My first stay in a YHA in nearly 30 years and experience was so good I’m looking to come again. Only gripe would be internet signal in rooms a bit poor "

"The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and clean. The linen and towels were adequate and the cleaning/washing provisions and toilet rolls were well received. The amenities were plentiful and well placed. Check in / Check out was smooth and access to wifi was straight forward with a good signal. The apartment was secure and central making it a great location with stunning views of the town, bay and beach. There was even a partial view of the pier from the main bedroom! Offroad parking was certainly an advantage. All the above contributed to a great stay. Thank you Nicki, we would love to return."

"We’ve just spent a terrific week at this unique holiday property. It really did have so much to offer, set in a rural, and yet convenient location. The jewel in the crown had to be the wonderful, large indoor swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, dining table and chairs, a sauna and 2 separate shower rooms - all accessible directly from the kitchen and with no need to venture out into the garden. We had difficulty enticing our 3 year-old grandson away from the pool, even with the promise of visits to the beach! The adults all loved spending lots of time in the swimming pool too!The unusual addition of a full sized snooker table provided lots of competitive fun and we were entertained by the regular visits from roe deer in the garden.The owner, Sue and her husband were an unobtrusive presence during our stay. They were welcoming and friendly, providing milk, cookies, fruit, fudge, chocolates and a bottle of Cremant for our arrival. All in all, a brilliant experience. "

"We booked this to celebrate a friend of ours. The house is perfect - from drinks in the garden, a game of traitors around the dining room table to dancing to the made up songs on the piano, it was wonderful. The house couldn’t be better located for the town and beaches, and our hosts couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend. "

"A nice maisonette with a small balcony off the lounge diner with sea view to the left. We had excellent communication with the owner. As we were only there for 4 nights we ate out so didn’t use the cooker just the microwave. Good size fridge freezer and plenty of crockery and cutlery. A few minutes walk into town and the quay area. We always managed to get parked on the street not far away but think it would be more difficult in school holidays. The house was comfortable with good white bedding. The garden are was very overgrown by the path which was a nuisance when the plants were wet."

"We had a lovely week at the property. The location was perfect - so great to be so close to the beach and the town. Although we couldn’t park near the house, we found a spot up by the station just a few mins walk away. We would love to return!"

"My family stayed for a week in this cute little modern holiday flat. It’s small, but perfectly proportioned and equipped for a holiday stay. Well located right in the heart of Swanage, yet has a slightly ‘tucked away’ feel up a hidden staircase and located amongst the rooftops of the building. A good choice in a cosy space. "
