"Prepare for itching bites Baby oil does NOT help at all. Off worked best, unfortunately. We arrived at the tail end of Regatta so the availability of many food and daily items was a challenge. We did bring one suitcase full of snacks so it got us through ok. This is a paradise property and location but you should really stay at least 2 weeks for full appreciation of all Exuma has to offer. We hope to return and would stay again at Aqua Vista."

"I stayed at Exuma Palms Resort and had a very good experience. The resort is still being completed and should be fully finished in about six months — it’s clear it will be a beautiful place. Even though not all rooms are ready yet, ours was very nice and comfortable. The amenities areas were in great condition. The only limitation was that the restaurant and breakfast service were not fully operational yet, but it wasn’t an issue at all thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. It’s already a lovely place, and in a few months it will be truly spectacular. Definitely recommended."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront cottage. The property is peaceful, private, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The views are stunning, and being so close to Georgetown made everything super convenient.Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the home had everything we needed. A special thanks to the property manager, Lott, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish.Highly recommend this place—we would definitely come back! "The private beach access was amazing. The overall make up of the villa was great. There is a boat rental/repair on the property that was noisy at times, but would only affect you if you planned on sleeping all day. The rooms would benefit from blackout blinds, on site cleaning supplies, and a better selection of kitchen appliances/cookware. The TV instructions didn't match the remote supplied, so if you wanted to watch a movie it would not allow you to open anything. I messaged the host several times through the chat function provided and never received a response, so that would be the only negative I had from our stay."
