"First time staying at the Imperial. Lovely hotel. Spacious family room. Cooked breakfast great. Good choice. Plenty of staff to tidy and setup. Seated within 5mins. Didn’t eat in restaurant but had the menu from bar. Pizzas huge! Lovely. Burger massive. Looked delicious and chunky chips with the best. Would defo recommend. Parking is limited and we were £18 for 2nt stay. "

"Our second stay. A really nice hotel with a great view over the Pleasure Beach. The hotel is very clean. I am not keen on buffet breakfasts but others seemed to enjoy it. The service was good but I would recommend two members of staff on reception at checking in times, we had to queue a while. The wine in the room was a nice touch but we could not drink it as we do not like red and we could only swap it for Chardonnay, which we don’t like either, unable to swap for Sauvignon. We will be coming back."

"As a regular visitor to the Tickled Trout Hotel, Preston I can say that my stay, from the moment I arrived to checkout was nothing short of excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive, the room (I have a favourite) is clean, spacious and comfortable. Bar and restaurant facilities are always a pleasant place to unwind after a busy day or a long journey. I'll be back again soon. "

"Motorway services hotel, positioned well away from the main car parking area, with separate area for parking. Really warm welcome from the staff. We upgraded to meal deal with evening meal, drink and breakfast, reasonable price, and definitely worth it. Comfortable stay, perfect for a layover when heading north"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We were attending the Look a Like festival and not only was the hotel was perfectly placed but was a fabulous location. Not only were we right next to the waterfront but we could see right across to Blackpool from our window. The room was lovely and the bar/restaurant area excellent. The whole team who worked there were so friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble, We would highly recommend this hotel."
