"Absolutely wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary. A truly lovely hotel with excellent staff who are helpful, happy and welcoming. Spa is a real bonus. Nothing fancy but lots on offer albeit small in size. Room was incredible. We were in a junior suite and felt at home. Cleaning staff could do with moving cushions/ furniture to ensure it’s fully cleaned as we did find some leftover items by accident. Look forward to returning again."

"I have to say I was so very impressed with the service at this particular hotel. From beginning to end the people who work here are polite and extremely willing to help in any way possible. Being a solo traveler, it is comforting to have people looking out for you - and absolutely lovely people at that! Even very early in the morning, (when I am definitely not at my best,) there were several staff members available, who with pleasant smiling faces made it much easier for me to go on my way....

"The staff were not overly helpful. I asked someone at the front desk to call me a taxi and they said they couldn’t so they gave me the number. When I said I couldn’t call because of the international number they seemed annoyed. I tried to get lunch one day and they told me the chef wouldn’t be in for another hour despite it being within the lunch hours they posted. The rooms were also very outdated."
