"We were vacationing. Location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was ok, only issue was elevators were small and slow. Overall very happy with the hotel."

"Pleasantly surprised with this hotel chain. Really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, very close to tube stations, across the street from Kensington Gardens, two blocks away from incredible restaurants. As a solo traveler, the room had everything I needed (including AC). Will definitely be back next time I’m in London!"

"The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean though a little dated. They are currently under renovations so future guests may see some room updates and repairs. The location was AMAZING, not far from the Tower Hill Station and just a short walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, good restaurants and small shops. It was convenient to have the restaurant on site, staff was hit or miss with service, food was fine though a little pricey, even for the area."

"The hotel looked great and very well kept, it was easy enough to check in without assistance from the staff, although navigating to the room was a little bit confusing to begin with. The only negative would be the parking area, there aren’t many spaces so we were unable to park on the premises. Our only other option was a nearby NCP garage costing £40 for overnight parking, which is double the hotels fee."

"Great location for touristy stuff! Right across from the Tower Bridge and multiple of the city sightseeing tour bus stops. Tube access to the District/Circle line right around the corner from the hotel entrance as well. If you have any early flights to Stansted and/or Luton airports, night tube will not be accessible so be aware. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the staff were exceptional & professional. Will definitely be returning in the future!"
