"The room stunk of Bad body odour, the cups were dirty around the handles, floor was coming apart, thudding from upstairs so sleep was poor. Was advertised has having a restaurant but wasn’t one. The only positive was the man on reception was very polite and helpful."

"I booked a guest room but after arriving at the property an hour and a half later, the contact number I was given is turned off, and there is no one around. I’m stranded on the road at midnight."

"Nice, clean and convenient property to stay near the airport"

"The location was good but the property is decrepit and not well maintained. Our toilet leaked, I informed the caretaker and it was not resolved. There is a pervasive rotting vegetable smell in the hotel. For the money, it is not a good option."

"Lovely character BnB in stylish property. Chosen for location of a famiky gathering but V near Stanstead too. Lovely and helpful host and great freshly cooked breakfast. "

"Not quite as it appears in the photos! Large space but a bit "dusty". Definitely a bit misleading. The host is VERY nice and friendly. Communication was great! The full English breakfast was a lot of food!! The village was cute and the local pub was awesome."
