"Staff were so accommodating, no task was a chore and everybody was so happy to help. We booked ARK at an amazing price very last minute due to needing to stay in london in an emergency and we ended up staying for 3 extra nights. The facilities were superb and would probably live there if we could. Will definitely be back!!"

"I stayed in a no windows room, honestly made no difference to me. Felt cosy and nice. The decor is quirky in the room which I didn’t mind. The staff are LOVELY! Every staff member I encountered was smiley and friendly even the guy on reception when I got back at midnight (night staff are usually moody!). I struggled finding the car park initially and called them up and without hesitation a lovely lady came outside to explain the way there and even came to find me to make sure I found it. I wish...

"I booked an executive dock side room, I ended up in an executive suite. The patio/balcony was amazing. The bathroom had a jacuzzi and a sauna. It's an amazing place to stay and we didn't want to leave."

Arrived ahead of our check in time fully expecting to leave our bags with reception and instead was given our keys and told we'd been upgraded to a delux room! City view with floor to ceiling windows. Professional and helpful staff throughout. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again. "

"Comfiest bed I've slept in - even better than my bed at home! Almost worth 5 stars just for that. Great room size. Good room temperature, although a/c never got as low as we set it in the 3 days we were there, even with the blowers set to high. Sound-proofing not great, very noisy tv in next room, even at midnight. Didn’t like the rooftop bar/restaurant - pretentious with snooty staff - so we left and went back to the bar on the ground floor - whoch had a much better vibe. Overall very happy...
