"Only a flying visit, I'm afraid, so no chance to sample the wellbeing facilities, but the hotel itself is fantastic. If you're tired of characterless, identical chain hotels and fancy seeing London from a different perspective, this is the place for you. "We were over the moon to get a room on the top floor, the view from our bedroom window was amazing! The bed was super comfy. The TV didn't work and the floors/under the bed and high surfaces weren't clean (some dust) but the rest of the room was perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying. "
