"Virtually everything was excellent. From the size of the unit to the materials within, we had a wonderful experience. All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended. Two things for American travelers to be aware: 1 - all contact was in English and we had no communication...

TV-hat nicht funktioniert. Es fehlt eine Gebrauchsanweisung - z.B. für Zugang zum Wifi. Das einzige Fenster ist die Eingangstür zu einem engen, dunklen Hinterhof, in dem sich eine Rattenfalle befindet. Man kann nachts nicht lüften."

Located in a perfect place, as someone who lives in Lyon (but needed a place for me and my partner alone while he was visiting). It was easy check in and check out. Not the cleanest (a bunch of random loose pasta fell out of a cabinet when i opened it). There is a dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and crazy impressive black out...
