"Cheese omelets were rubber and taste horrible. Both days pancake machine went down. Couldn't get into breakfast without tripping over sport bags and people packed. One elevator was bad to the point my wife was stuck in one for a few minutes. Another mom staying on our floor also had the elevator problem. And the worst part was fighting to shower in actual warm water."
