"There’s only one older gentleman that we found helpful his name is Alassdaier. Aside from that no smiling faces at the front desk. The room was filthy. Carpets stained, shower hadn’t been scrubbed and cleaned properly. Black stains on shower stall. Towels are dingy. Coverlet removed and stained decorative pillows. Nobody had bothered to vacuum the room and when we arrived there was popcorn on the floor that remained until we left. Bed was hard and uncomfortable and pillows essentially flat....

"Very clean, excellent breakfast, excellent staff."

"Perfect sleep had and afterwards a relaxing swim then a beautiful breakfast had. The location is ideal for bus or train travelling. I will definitely return next year."
