"Everything was just what we needed and wanted!"

"Needs some updating. Not a quiet hotel, could hear loud talking & toddler next door. Walls seemed paper thin."

"Happy with the stay. Room was perfect location to base daily trips to see the local sights from"

"Love this place!!! Everything was excellent. Definitely recommend."

"We were so impressed with everything from the staff to the conditions of the lodge. Best stay we have ever had. The price was well worth the experience. Staff made us so welcomed. We did stay in the main building of lodge. Definitely will stay there again. Scenery from our room was amazing. We could even see Washington on Mount Rushmore from our room. Over all great trip"

"Had room 138. Very nice room. People above us checked in around 9-10pm and were very loud stomping around until after midnight. Not a hotel problem, but maybe reminders upon checking in to be courteous to the people in the room below you because they may need rest. Take your kids to a park and let them run instead of a hotel room."

"Nice place quiet friendly I would definitely stay here again"

"Spotlessly clean, cute retro theme. The owners were friendly and helpful. Great location just down the road from the entrance to Custer State Park. Several great places for dining, drinks, and shopping."

"Good night's stay and breakfast at a great deal!"

"The hot tub was underutilized , which worked for me. Staff were very helpful. The wild turkeys in the parking lot were a bonus."

"Booked 2 Queen bed, accessible room. Received confirmation, but was told only a King bed, accessible was available. Had no choice but to accept room which meant has to share bed with mother who had just been discharged from physical rehab hospital. Was not offered discount for inconvenience. Employees were very nice, though. Room needed vacuuming and there was a white sticky substance (candy?) That hadn't been cleaned off small standing table, chair and footrest. Good breakfast buffet."
