"Location was good, cleanliness of the place overall was poor, I had to clean the toilet before using it, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the bath towel was still damp so we couldn’t have a shower when we arrived. When we stripped the bed there was a child’s pyjama top in the pillowcase, no mattress protector, the studio needs finishing off, lack of attention to detail, balcony was an added bonus"

"The host never got in touch with us. We was out hiking in the Peak District and was on edge as the host wasn’t replying to us. Calling kept going to voicemail. We raised this issue with customer support however they couldn’t get in touch either so they had to cancel our booking and refund us. "The photo in the review is not the apartment we stopped in. The apartment we stopped in is definitely getting a little tired with a few repairs required however it has everything you want and nothing you don’t need. Would recommend for those transiting through Mansfield. The area (given I grew up there) is one of the better areas of Mansfield and the property is gated so nice and secure."
