"The hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Free parking and if necessary they have a parking garage for your vehicle. Location close to pedestrian bridge for walking around city. It is on the noisy side due to the highway being so close. Overall though, I would stay here again."

"Staff was excellent and location perfect!!! Room was beautiful but bathroom really needed to be cleaned better. More attention to baseboards, tissue boxes, window sills etc. would definitely stay there again though!!!"

"Everything exceeded expectations. Not sure where the conflicting reviews are coming from. Property and room were clean. Breakfast was plentiful well maintained. Pool/hot tub added bonus. Beds were comfortable. We traveled with kids and had a great time!"

"This place is a perfect getaway for a couple. A great view of Lake Michigan, close to so many things to do in town. The house was very clean and well maintained. We liked that Brian was always so helpful. Not only were the breakfasts delicious every morning, but he interacted with all of us so well and gave us recommendations of what to do in the area. My wife and I would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the area. And we possibly may bring our entire family. This was definitely worth our time and money!"

"This property is high on a bluff with tons of steps. Very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Jay was so very helpful with carrying luggage for us. The veiw was spectacular. The beach is 2 very long staircases and a acrossed the road from the cottage."
