Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

This is a wonderful place to visit whenever in Brazil. Very similar to visiting Switzerland. It’s all expedition. Excellent restaurants, friendly people and excellent experience.

I loved Gramado and next time I hope to stay many more days in a hotel that’s in a better location and closer to the shopping area. Posadas are also beautiful. I would skip going to the lake unless you want to paddle.
