Gostei muito da decoracao e achei o quarto aconchegante, acolhedor e confortável. Minha única observação é que senti MUITA FALTA de opções de salada saudável no cardápio do hotel. Chegamos cansados sem energia para sair e não tinha opção de sopas ou saladas saudáveis. Só tinha um prato de salada e sen proteína que acompanhasse

Hotel abaixo das expectativas.

O hotel é moderno, boa localização, o serviço é um pouco desorganizado . A calefação não esquentava , fizemos a reclamação e nos levaram um desumidificador de ar. O clima estava frio e a manutenção não resolveu o problema, nos ofereceram trocar para outro hotel da rede na noite anterior a nossa saída, algo inviável. As jacuzzis deixam a higiene a desejar. Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel deveria avisar na entrada que o ar não funciona e não omitir!

Limpeza poderia ser melhor. Nosso quarto tinha muito cabelo pelos cantos. Além disso, ar condicionado não tem opção esquentar. Tem as instruções na parede para usar o quente mas simplesmente não funciona. Na recepção falaram que iam enviar alguém. Não foram, liguei na recepção e informaram que não existe a opção esquentar.
