"An excellent hotel staff treatment from arriving to check out The hotel is in a peaceful quiet area where you can relax after a flight or a journey since it's near pristina airport also breakfast was very good served in or outdoor in a very nice nature. The only thing I disliked having small bugs or insects in the room 😒"

"This hotel is not hygenic. Bed was not clean (found people’s pubes). Shower was clogged and filled up and leaked throughout the bathroom. Outside the hotel smells like sewage."

"This new apartment is exceptional. Situated in an ideal location - in walking distance to the city centre and bus station. Furnished with high end fittings, with every amenity you need for a city break. Our only minor complaint was that the bed is too soft for our preferences! There are plenty of shops and cafes within a five minute walk. The view from the 18th floor balcony was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

"This was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I had a huge room with a balcony. The staff were excellent and gave service on such a high level. The pool and spa were so relaxing. Unfortunately no decaffeinated coffee."
