"Habituellement pas difficile ni exigeante séjourner dans cet hôtel à été pour moi un cauchemar je n'y suis d'ailleurs pas restée j'ai du trouver un autre "vrai" hôtel sur kmer. Hôtel sale, vétuste, personnel désagréable ne répond ni aux "bonjour" ni aux "au revoir", faux "all inclusive" pas de bouteille d'eau de disponible, pas de viande lors des repas, alcool affreux servis dans une arrière pièce, bar sale, couverts sales. Chambres glauque avec lit bancale avec jamais assez d'eau chaude pour...

"Nachdem wir 5 Nächte bei 2 anderen Hotels( 5 und 4 Sterne) übernachtet haben, haben wir zum Glück dieses Hotel gefunden. Daa hat uns sehr gefallen und unseren Urlaub schöner gemacht!! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer sympathisch. Das Hotel ist wirklich am Strand, mit Kindern ist dies ein wichtiger Punkt! Yoga jeden Morgen.. Herrlich!!! Das Essen war einfach lecker und es gab alles was man will. Sehr sehr empfehlenswert!!! Liebe Grüße an alle Mitarbeiter und vielen Dank...

"This property offers worldclass service. All the employees are very professional, helpful, and polite. The food is topnotch. It tastes amazing and is very safe (no food poisoning). The hotel has a great location and malls and other shopping avenues are very close. Taxis are available in the hotel and are very reasonably priced. Overall, this hotel offers a luxury experience. Highly recommended. Ps. A large pool with multiple sections is available. The beach is a few minutes away by walking. There are great bike lanes right outside the hotel (for scooters too). "

David who provided his attentive services in the Ala Carte restaurant La Lagos could not have done anything more to make the experience better. "We really enjoyed our stay at Crown Plaza Antalya Hotel, Staff are amazing nice very helpful, and very welcoming, they deliver to our room platter of fruit at our arrival, and a big cake few days after to celebrate our marriage anniversary and also breakfast take away on our departure day as we left early in the morning, the hotel has a splendid on the sea and swimming pool. We enjoyed jacuzzi in our room it was a very nice surprise as we didn't know before our arrival. Definitely we do all we can to come back with our kids. Thank you for everything. "

"From check in to check out everything was smooth, personally i would say it is a luxury five star resort however it was a pleasant stay for us and we will be back. We booked an extra day with city view and they allowed us to stay in our sea view room. Mini bar only has water, maybe they can consider adding soft drinks but not an issue as soft drinks are available in the bar downstairs. Staff helpful and overall a very nice holiday"
