"The property was clean and in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet deck surrounded by trees. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The owner, Bill, is very friendly and a real treat to talk to! What a warm personality! And he is very quick to respond to any queries you may have. The only reason the property receives 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no downstairs family room. The “family room” is up stairs and consists of a love seat, desk, tv stand and tv. We like to spend time together in a family room with the people we are in Issaquah to visit and there is no comfortable way to do that in a room that is really more of a home office than family room. Also, there is no full size dishwasher in the kitchen. There is a small counter top dishwasher which while fascinating (who knew those existed??) is a bother to wash one meal’s worth of dishes at a time and you have to pour pitchers of water in the top of the dishwasher to run it. If the family room and dishwasher are not issues for you then I recommend this property!"

"Host is wonderful!House is nice and roomy and the outdoor space is nice and relaxing.The bathrooms could've use a bit more cleaning attention. And only because I'm a TV addict, it would've been nice to have a small TV upstairs. The TV downstairs is nice and big and perfect for movie night!"

"Very nice house. We loved that it is all on one level; no stairs. Big rooms, comfortable beds. Great location, close to shopping and recreation. Alexis also took care of a little problem we were having with the coffee maker and she replaced it that same day! Very fine service. Thank you Alexis."
