It seems like there may be some short term living here in addition to hotel overnight stays. The common area is very large and has multiple places that you can work from. The rooms are set up like apartments with kitchenettes, living area, bedroom, bathroom area. There is no central heating or cooling so if you are used to air-conditioning, this wouldn’t be your choice. I was there for three nights and they didn’t service the room while there. The area is safe and centrally located, and the rooms were quiet at night time."
