"We have been going to Scotrun for Many years. Even though they have increased prices to stay on the grounds, the grounds need some attention. The pool was dirty, several broken tiles in the pool, broken basketball hoops. We were disappointed. Another con: extreme late check in, and early checkout. Makes it difficult when traveling with children. "

"The cabin had two twin air mattresses in the loft. Both had holes, but were replaced on day two by the campground. There was some trash left in the cabin from previous stays. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The grounds were nice. The pool was clean. It was a lovely stay for our family of six. The employeeS were kind and offered great suggestions for local family friendly eating places. "

Tamara was very nice to us, accommodated our request to extend our stay, called us to help to find the house and walked us through getting inside since we arrived late at night. The property is within a lovely community. It is very safe, we made many friends there at the swimming pool. They have super nice and clean pool, we enjoyed it a lot. "Booked a few nights at earls cabin to break up a long drive home. Had a very easy check in while arriving late and great communication from Earl. Cabin had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Right on the river with a beautiful view. There is a house next door very close to the cabin the neighbors were very nice but when sitting on the back porch / back yard they were very close so if your looking to be totally secluded its not but again neighbors were great and rive was beautiful. "Everything you needed was there - we didn't get the linen package (thought $230 for a weekend was a bit much, but understand why), so we brought our own. There was plenty of games, pool table was decent to enjoy (some are very cheap) layout was great. Only complaint, not everyone was able to get a "hot" shower, but with every shower running, understandable that the hot water would run out. Called host and it is a new hot water, just need to space out shower times a bit. Plenty of bowls, pans,...

"The house was beautiful! All of the beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with everything we needed to relax. The owners were fast in replying to and message that was sent. Definitely recommend this house! Can’t wait to go back."
