The owners truly cater to large groups with spacious accommodations and enough bathrooms for every family to have their own. The house is large with 3 floors so we did not feel on top of each other. After 7 hours of fun and wet heads we came to the house and it was 43 degrees. All thermostats were turned off. There was snow on the ground. There is a house next door very close to the cabin the neighbors were very nice but when sitting on the back porch / back yard they were very close so if your looking to be totally secluded its not but again neighbors were great and rive was beautiful. "Everything you needed was there - we didn't get the linen package (thought $230 for a weekend was a bit much, but understand why), so we brought our own. There was plenty of games, pool table was decent to enjoy (some are very cheap) layout was great. Only complaint, not everyone was able to get a "hot" shower, but with every shower running, understandable that the hot water would run out.
