"We arrived early in the morning from the airport, the host had given us the codes for entry into the building and the room. As it was before 10.00 we could not get into the room yet. My son located a button which he thought was the intercom and rang the fire alarm which brought the host. the host was very good about it and the rest of our stay went without further mishap. 10 out of ten for the host. "We had very nice stay in Tokyo. This location was superb. We were in a quiet neighborhood with lots of local shopping and trains very close by yet the neighborhood was so quiet, you could hear a pin drop! We arrived in Haneda late and took the train to our hotel. I would say it was 45 minutes of travel. Our host met us at 11pm local just to make sure we could get in.
