"I've stayed here before. Check in easy, had time to relax a little bit before, I went to explore the city and the gig at the Co op arena. Funny thing was I had forgot my usual debit card. So has to use my phone. Which didn't work at barclays. I found another way. Gig was Epic but terrible to get back from. But it won't stop me staying here again. "

"The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The bar area was a great place to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon. Cheap drinks and reasonably priced bar food which was lovely. Would visit the hotel again "

"Amazing stay and even received a free upgrade to an executive suite which was lovely. Fantastic breakfast and spa. Staff were top notch in the breakfast lounge....Very hard working, attentive and really friendly! Only down fall was the crazy parking situation. It was something like £5 for 5 minutes which makes it hard for taxis to pick up. One of the lifts were out of service and one was being cleaned during peak times (silly really). There was one lift available at peak check out time and we were on floor 9 so we missed our taxi as he couldn't wait at drop off due to the private eye parking arrangements. The info boards are unclear for drop off/pick up waiting times."
