"Great place to stay for a couple nights to explore Rila national park. Comfortable beds and beddings, great food, breakfast and dinner."

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich"

"Was not told there is no hot water. Asked for a 4am wake up call and didn't get one until 4:30am. The front desk guy said he was busy when asked why he didn't call when specific asked for. Asked for a to go breakfast but did not get one. If you want poor customer service ,no hot water and staff to busy to attend to the customer needs this is a hotel for you. I will never go back to this hotel again."

"Room spotless clean excellent staff good value for money"

"Great inferior, friendly personal, nice wellness. I highly recommend."

"Great shuttle from airport. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable and quiet rooms."

"The room was not clean during my stay."

"Superr perfect nice hotel"

"The room was clean, however the bathroom had a chemical smell"

"There isn't anyone at the front desk most of the time. When you need help with anything, no one is there to help."

"Parfait"

"We just need someone who speaks English well. "

"I always stay here on trips to our office in Sofia. Very clean, no-touch check-in (all mobile app), free breakfast, free co-working space, high-speed wifi ... it checks all the boxes for a business trip. I usually book the rooms which have the balcony / porch, which always have a great view of the mountains, and the rooms are huge. More grocery / restaurants w/in a 5 minue walk than you'll ever need to use."

"The shower was broken, the light switch in one of the rooms, missing remote control for the TV. Minor things"
