"The location is very convenient for whoever is traveling. Shuttle to airport runs on time. Food in restaurant was excellent. Rooms are at point that need tiny repairs and upgrades. Also AC/Heat is controlled by reception, which was ridiculous. The room was freezing and lady at front desk couldn’t do anything. "

"We really liked the VIKO - it was very convenient, welcoming to a family (sofa bed for 2 kids, and a large double bed), large rooms. Convenient walking distance from the centre, good facilities, clean and quiet. I almost gave it 4 stars though because, well because they don't like replenishing stuff: not the coffee (they have a machine with capsules, but after you drank both, nothing), the tea, the sugar, the soap/shampoo etc. in the shower, or even the towels - even if placed on the floor.
