The location is spectacular and the house was warm, clean and very thoughtfully appointed. The amenities were great, from stove to coffee machine. The one and only disappointment was the tv, but who needs a tv being in such a beautiful spot! A huge bonus point I want to give for friendliness, responsiveness and great communication with the owner/manager! Well done! We’ll be back!"

The view, the house, the astronomy lesson in a spa overlooking the ocean, and on our last night we had a Southern Lights solar spectacular that we don't think we will ever see again. 360 degrees solar light show. Glenn is so helpful and we really had everything we need! This stay was beyond words really."

However the email that arrived just prior to check-in that advised the use of earplugs to block the sound of traffic and trains…well it was good advice, but arrived a little too late. The perpetual falling of objects from the trees overhead onto the metal roof of the house all together with the train rumbling through and trucks thundering by, lead to a less than decent sleep.
