"We were delighted with our stay at Shady Grove. The cabin is extremely well laid out, clean with quality throughout. My wife and I enjoyed hiking on the private 3 mile trail, seeing the grapes up close and from the cabin. The area is completely secluded and private with the exception of deer, fireflies, bluebirds and rabbits. The outdoor amenities were great and we used the grill for dinners we enjoyed on the patio. We will definitely plan to return."

"The Cabin is cute, cozy and perfect for the 4 occupancy limit. It’s right on the water and the lake was clear and soo inviting. The coolest most convenient store, The White House convenience store was within 10 minutes and offers everything you need to stock up. I can’t wait to go back to the cabin."

"Very nice cozy cabin, close to AT and trails, 30 minutes to Roanoke. Nicely appointed with kitchen items, seating etc. Driveway is steep and gravel with some concrete for traction at sharp turn and ok after a trip up and down but more of a challenge in the dark. Secluded and quiet and a great place to relax. Bring binoculars if you’re into birds, saw scarlet tanagers, ovenbirds, pileated woodpeckers +"

"Cedar’s Rest was the perfect place to stay overnight! We came down to Bedford as guests at a wedding and it was nice and close to the venue. The cabin was top notch!! We really enjoyed our visit to the D Day Memorial on Friday afternoon…definitely worth the visit!!"

"Squirrel's Nest is an absolutely charming cottage in a quaint town. Great location & perfect for our needs. We only stayed a weekend, to attend the Sounds of the Mountains storytelling festival at nearby Camp Bethel. We hope to go back when we can stay longer, to see more of the town & surrounding area."

"Absolutely perfect stay. Everything is exactly as pictured. The bed is so comfortable, the shower and tub are divine. The creek is cool and refreshing. Bring firewood and charcoal, paper plates if you don't want a lot of dishes. Bring a good book and enjoy the view from the front porch. Lay under the stars. Relax. You are completely disconnected no service at all."

"The Enclave far surpassed our expectations! The houses were gorgeous, well-maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything to cook huge meals for a huge family. The property was extremely clean. Views were amazing. We loved the fire pits, modern grills, and large game room downstairs. We enjoyed swimming in the lake off of the floating dock. The 3 houses were perfect for our families to spread out. Communications with the owners...
