"I like how the staff were ready to help. I misplaced my foundation and reported it to the manager. He promised me to look into it. When I got home I saw it and called like about two times before I could talk to the same manager that I found what I thought was lost. I am satisfied with the hotel staff. There was no bad experiences. Having said that I noticed that I saw a cockroach and fly in the room, that can be fixed. A staff asked if I was coming back again and I said YES! "If you need a big fancy “secret” style resort, then this place is not for you -we like the smaller boutique style resort and this place was perfect for us. The staff was amazing and paid special attention to every need. Tina, Patricia, chef Georgia and Kimeiko as well as the grounds keeper(didn’t get his name) all went above and beyond.
