"The location it's an old Howard Johnson. The staff did everything we asked and supplied us with very nice take-out breakfast. It's conveniently located. I would recommend this hotel to people who aren't looking for a fancy place but conveniently located. It's not far from the airport at Monterey Bay, City of Carmel, 17 miles, etc."

"Great and unique experience living in a historic house. It’s located in a nice and pretty neighborhood. The setting is like a bed-and-breakfast but without breakfast. We were the first guests to arrive at the house. It’s a little scary if we were the only one staying in the house. "

"I’m updating a previous review. Our first two days started off hard because we didn’t have wifi and the pool closed which were the first two things we had planned to do during our stay. Miriam, the manager, came on her day off and helped us fix the Internet and updated us on the pool situation.
