Servicen var i top, gratis tøjvask og især Mandy gjorde en stor forskel – hun hjalp professionelt og venligt med reservationer, taxa og alle andre behov. Hele personalet var utrolig imødekommende. The staff are very kind and helpful, though they had trouble finding my reservation (must say that you booked through Expedia despite using Hotels.com) The shuttle cart goes in and out of town about 4 or 5 set times which while not the most convenient is very helpful and free! "Th owner and the staff are the best!!! Really attentive and looking into ensuring every guest has the best time possible. All of them nice and caring. The owner goes beyond in making sure gusta are having a nice time, even sharing part of her culture etc. rooms are great and dinner was excellent. Location wise is a beautiful spot, but bear in mind this is 30 to 40 mins away from Yangshuo near Xingping ancient town. Great for hiking and an exploring the nature surrounding the hotel. "住宿位置没有公共交通直达，如果不会骑自行车/电动车的话就只能打车，因为比较远打车不是马上就能到那种，需要等待。房间设备不多，基本上是极简了。公共区域蛮不错的，游泳池和凉亭。傍晚的view也很不错。"
