"The pictures made the property look nicer than it actually was. Also, it rained as was expected due to a storm. I had a fall in the hall hurting my knee and back due to the water that had accumulated on the floor. I reported this to management and did not think that I needed to go to ER; however, my knee and back were hurt. Not once was I contacted by staff to ask how I was feeling. I made them aware of this again and that no one had contacted to me to check on me before checking out with nothing offered from management. "

"We had a great stay. The condo was awesome and everything was as stated in the description. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to Branson Landing. A bonus was having availability to use a fitness center right next door free of charge. We would definitely stay at this property again!"
