"When we first checked into room, it was clean but slightly damp as a/c was on 70. There was a wasp coming up behind one bed, I killed it. Went to supper came back and another one was coming up behind the other bed. Room was cold so they weren’t aggressive. Kept room cold till morning. Went to desk, the desk clerk was going to immediately move us; however we only had one more night I told her we would just keep room temperature cold. She said she would have room fumigated when we left. Bathroom sink plumbing cover was falling apart, needs replaced."

"Had a great stay for a quick weekend getaway and the Hotel was nice, however I feel a little expensive for a regular room with King size bed. I most likely will not stay here due to the price again."

"We booked this property as a quick 2 day getaway. Everything about the unit was perfect. Price was great. Close to downtown. (Could have walked to downtown, but it was raining). Good hot water in the shower and good water pressure. Will definitely book again when staying in Branson."

"This property was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids ages 9 to 2). We loved the location and walking to dinner at the Landing. The owner was fantastic to communicate with and extremely considerate. Our 9 year old has always been very enthusiastic about trains so the decor was a huge hit. We were also impressed with the number of things the owner went above and beyond on in stocking for guests. While we didn’t use much of what was offered, we noticed the generous and thoughtful items that were provided above and beyond any VRBO of the several we’ve stayed in. We plan to stay again."

"The house was nice overall. There were a few hairs in the bathroom sink and some leftover crumbs by the toaster but overall it was a nice stay. The house was older than we expected so there were some creaks and uneven floors but nothing terrible. The small bathroom shower did leak really bad unless you got the curtain in just the right spot."

"The house is wired to call the fire department if you set off the smoke detector while cooking and the fire department says they’re called to the house with every other guest. A sign warning people to be careful about smoke while cooking would be a nice addition to the kitchen.The pillows were so very hard.But! For our family of 5, this house worked out wonderfully! No more than a 15 minute drive to all the places we had planned to go and many other places we had not planned to go. Space for us all to spread out and do our own thing when we had down time at the house."
