"The room was perfect for our group of 3 who wanted a nice and affordable location. To our surprise our room even had a view of the beach. Perfectly located by all beach side restaurants and the bus stop which was perfect to go to and from the Palma airport. The room came equipped with reliable AC, a mini kitchen and refrigerator, and enough towels. The front desk host was extremely friendly, flexible, and provided a smooth check in. Some minor areas to improve would be the hot water seemed to run out after the first person showered. Not a big deal if you’re showering in the summer but something to consider otherwise! Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we’re ever return to Mallorca!"

"Everything about our stay at fergus was fabulous from start to finish. All areas where spotless, amenities and furnishings top notch. The lady on reception (sorry i didnt get her name) who checked us in and greeted us with a warm smile everymorning and a cheery "hello how are you today" was just so welcoming and made us feel like we mattered and where valued, a real credit to the hotel. My only small critism if i had to give one would be the breakfast. We had to wait most mornings for a table and no one spoke to us or even greeted us, this was in complete contrast to reception and cleaning staff. However, having said that it would not stop us returning as i would definatly recommend every other aspect of this hotel if you want a relaxing holiday in wonderful surroundings with an amazing view and centrally located. Cant wait to return. "

"We had a lovely week at Leonardo Royal. The location and views were lovely, especially from the sea view rooms. The all inclusive buffet was generous and we never had to queue for tables. Santiago, our waiter, was always helpful and truly the best. The service at the pool bar is slow. "

"This a very good place if you want a quiet place to stay . Staff is very friendly and nice. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, you can even have a breakfast if you need to check out earlier by the morning. They open the breakfast room just for us before we leave. I definitely want to be back. "
