"The room was not bad for such an old hotel. It has a patio that over looked the ocean which was nice. Con- the parking was terrible. It’s open to the public so there is not enough parking for hotel guests "

"Host was quick to respond to questions and gave helpful information. The condo had nice extras like coffee pods for the first day and soft soap in the bathroom. The view was great as was the resort property. Great location as well. "

"The 8 foot parking should be for trucks only or taller vehicles.Many SUVs and lower vehicles should be made to park in the 7 foot area instead of taking up space in the 8 foot area so taller vehicles can park, especially since parking is paid. "

"We only stayed over night so didn't use the pool. It looked great! The only complaint was that the door to the bathroom was really beat up and the outside of the shower by the floor was not kept up. Otherwise a great, more quiet spot"

"Initial communication was excellent. Ease of use to check in and out. Extremely clean ( one issue overlooked by housekeeping which we noted and I am sure will be addressed) I’m only giving 4 stars because the main tv didn’t work for 2 days and I give honest reviews. There was some advice to fix ourselves which was sporadic and we eventually did. Our circumstances to stay was stressful with the death of a beloved friend. The help was delayed .The condo is well appointed. The closet is woefully small for a long stay. It is crammed with beach chairs, pool toys and so long items would never work. I would recommend staying there just be mindful of its size. The bed is high if you have any mobility issues. We have stayed at Edgewater resort which is a great location with good amenities. Safe. Walking distance to lovely restaurants. "
