"My first night, my feet stuck to the floor from the carpet being nasty. They change my room woke up the next morning couldn’t use the bathroom because the toilet was broke and took time to come to fix. I did not get a refund back from the hotel and Expedia only gave me a $25 credit, terrible customer service from both!!! So you tell me how do I get compensated for more than this $25 Expedia?"

"This is a clean and friendly little Hotel on the edge of downtown Raleigh. Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean and comfortable. In town for a show at Red Hat Amphitheatre, about a mile walk, very convenient."

"The hotel was clean and I appreciated the security features. The entrance is a little weird having to go through a gas station to get to it, but that wasn't a deal breaker. There were a lot of homeless people wandering around when we drove up and that made me a little nervous, but the hotel has security features in place that definitely set my mind at ease once we were inside. The room was clean and comfortable and the check in clerk was friendly. Overall a good experience for the money."
