"This place was awful. The elevator didn’t work and has been out of service since Dec according to people who LIVE there. It would’ve been 50 steps to get luggage up to the 2nd floor and there’s no way for people in their 70’s to get them up. There is no staff there as you’re given a code to get into your room. One code didn’t work for one of the rooms, and the other room’s door was wide open. I called the number provided to ask for a refund as we couldn’t get to our rooms and we didn’t feel...
