As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy space adorned with modern furnishings. It provides a comfortable space to unwind after a day of surfing or exploring the Gold Coast. Our family friendly apartment provides games and entertainment for fun filled evenings and a balcony to relax and enjoy views looking over one of the three pools. You’ll find the kitchen is fully equipped making it a breeze to whip up delicious meals or refreshing cocktails. When it's time to rest, retreat to the inviting bedroom where fresh linens and soft pillows promise a restful night's sleep on a king size bed. Wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to tackle another day of adventures. Our living room provides comfy sofas that pull out into beds, providing extra sleeping areas ideal for children or additional guests.
During your stay, take advantage of the array of amenities our apartment in the Chevron Renaissance complex has to offer. Whether you're lounging by the gorgeous outdoor pool, working up a sweat in the sauna, or soaking in the spa, there's something for everyone to enjoy. You’ll have the choice of 3 swimming pools – the gorgeous outdoor lagoon style “beach in the sky” pool with spa area and heated indoor lap pool on level 5 and an extra outdoor lap pool on level 2 of tower 1. Both outdoor swimming pools have seated BBQ areas so you can picnic and lounge by the pool at the same the time. If fitness is your thing, there is even a gym onsite ensuring you don’t miss a day! Once you have worked up a sweat in the gym, you can follow it up with a relaxing ‘chill out’ session in the sauna. Feel like a celebrity with access to the private movie theatre on level 2 of tower 1. You can hire a slot onsite (with a security deposit) then sit back with your family and enjoy your favourite movie on a cinema screen in style. You can exit the lobby of this tower straight into the Chevron Renaissance shopping centre which offers a diverse shopping and dining experience. The shopping centre holds a Coles, multiple eateries & bars, boutique clothing stores, a chemist and a medical centre as well as the family attraction “Infinity”. All your essentials conveniently packed in and just an elevator ride away!

The Inn Paradise team are a professional property management company on the gold coast. We are here to support you throughout your stay our team will be contactable using the Airbnb APP 12 hours a day 7 days a week and 24 hours a day for property emergency's on the phone line. -This is a private rental managed by a third party. Reception will not be available to assist in your check-in. -Check-in = Please note the lock box used for check in is a 5 minute walk / 2 minute drive from the building entrance. HOUSE RULES LEASE TERM The guest shall be allowed to occupy the premises from 3pm of the booking check in date and until 10am of the check out date. KEY COLLECTION The person making the booking must be present at key collection via either concierge or lock box. Key collection is offsite (5-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the property). Full details will be sent 30 hours prior to check-in. OCCUPANTS The total number of individuals staying on the premises during the lease term shall be a total of guests as per the booking. Exceeding the guest limit will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund. QUIET HOURS Please keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 8pm to 8am, including music to respect neighbours and local regulations. NO PARTIES OR COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS In accordance with Gold Coast City Council regulations, we enforce a strict NO PARTY, NO EVENT, and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTION policy. This includes hens/bucks nights, adult entertainment, or large gatherings. A breach of this rule will result in instant eviction with no refund and possible further penalties. Call-outs for non-compliance incur a minimum fee of $300. CHILD SAFETY Children must be supervised at all times, especially on balconies and in garden and pool areas. CLEANLINESS & DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Excess mess may incur an additional cleaning fee. Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly. FEES AND CHARGES - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A cleaning and deodorising fee will apply if this rule is breached. - Lockouts incur a call-out fee of $80. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of up to $300. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave the property. - Additional bedding if required can be supplied at $40 - Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees if not arranged in advance. ID VERIFICATION A valid photo ID must be provided upon confirmation of your booking. GUEST DETAILS Please confirm the names and general relationship (e.g., friends, family, children) of all staying guests, if you haven’t done so already. PERSONAL INJURY & LIABILITY The Guest acknowledges that they are staying at the property at their own risk. The Host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur to any guest or visitor while on the premises or using its facilities (including but not limited to stairs, balconies, pools, or outdoor areas). By accepting these terms, the Guest agrees to release the Host from all liability and hold them harmless from any claims arising from injury, loss, or damage incurred during the stay.
